Winter Wonderland!
10th Dec 2024
The most spectaular of mornings for the most spectacular children! The pupils in Mrs O'Shea and Mrs Oliver's classes, and their families, have just been treated to an amazing morning of festive fun that left everyone with their hearts warmed.
With the staff in both classes having worked relentlessly to create a magical Winter Wonderland in our Forest Area, today they were delighted to invite their pupils up to experience it for themselves.
In our Wonderland, we had:
- Santa's Grotto with the man himself stopping by for a guest appearance.
- Gingerbread House with Christmas trees to decorate and making reindeer dust.
- Dash from RDA Longstone, Armagh providing sleigh rides around our football field.
- Toasting marshmallows on the campfire.
- Hot Dogs and Hot Chocolate drinks.
- Pupils from St Patrick's Grammar School Armagh helping with Art, playing music and singing carols.
- Planting new flowers for 2025 in our Polytunnel.
- Mountains of love, happiness and Christmas cheer!
Thank you to the families who joined us this morning. Our St. Patrick's family help make mornings like this even more special through your support.
