Safer Internet Day this year is Tuesday 9th February.
On this day, many organisations worldwide focus on exploring safety online. This year’s global theme is- ‘An Internet we trust: exploring reliability in the online world.’
As a school, we usually use this week to include activities to explore ‘a safer internet’ with our pupils. This would usually include Assemblies, workshops and specific age related stories and activities.
In this year, during which we all have relied more heavily on the Internet, for information, recreation and education. We, as a school, have included some of this work in this week’s online activities.
Our E- Safety page, on this the school website, has lots of information for Parents. It also provides links to some of the activities and resources that we would usually use in class.
