Rededication of St Patrick's PS
Following a beautiful 50th anniversary school mass attended by the whole St Patrick’s community in St Patrick’s Cathedral, Archbishop Eamon Martin carried out another important duty only this time down in the actual school itself.
Archbishop Eamon rededicated St Patrick’s PS after 50 years on our Loughgall Road site in the presence of past and current serving principals, teachers , classroom assistants, supervisory staff, kitchen and ancillary staff, office staff, Governors, road crossing patrol staff as well as past pupils both young and old and parents with children still presently at St Patrick’s.
Speeches were made by our current principal Mr Mc Kinley, long serving principal Mr Maxwell, Archbishop Eamon and Primary Seven pupil Niamh Rafferty who read out a speech she wrote herself on the journey she has taken through our school.
