Primary 6 pupils take part in Sentinus 'Build a Bridge'

Pupils from Mrs Gilroy's P.6 class, are participating this year in an exciting programme funded by Sentinus. The pupils were joined by Mr Gerard Hughes and a link engineer Rachel Murray. Their first task was to build a tower using only spaghetti and marsh mallows.The pupils were only given a certain amount of the items and could not ask for more. Therefore they had to make accurate measurements every step of the way. Have a look at some of the designs. An enjoyable lesson was had by all.
