P7 Netball Coaching.

Our Primary seven girls have just completed an eight week netball coaching programme in partnership with Sarah Aiken, Sports Development Assistant Manager at ABC Borough Council. As part of the Pathways to Sport Initiative, St Patrick’s was lucky enough to be selected for this eight week course. Coach Betty Wilson from Netball N.I took the thirty strong group of P7 girls each Wednesday and explained all the rules, positions and helped the girls develop their skills and understanding of the game. Betty was assisted each week by our very own Mrs Kinane who is a keen “netballer” herself and who recently completed her coaching certificate in the sport.
