P7 Movie Makers

Most pupils dream about making, producing, directing or starring in a movie but in Mrs Perry’s P7 class this has really happened!!

Energy was The World Around Us topic to be studied and the boys and girls chose an innovative way to do this – make a factual video! Involving team-work they scripted, filmed and edited their videos using the Explain Everything, Green Screen and iMovie apps.

A huge thanks to The Amma Centre for facilitating the work and Grainne Cullinane for sharing her ICT skills and knowledge, thanks to her expertise, not only was the ICT learning incredible but the whole experience was hugely enjoyable and great fun.
