P7 Drumming Workshop

A big thank you Mrs Mc Cann from St Patrick’s Grammar School in Armagh who visited our school over the past four weeks delivering a djembe drumming workshop. Mrs Mc Cann works as a Music teacher in the Grammar and was sharing her musical expertise with both Mrs Perry’s and Mr O’Hare’s  Primary Seven children in a series of drumming workshops. Using the large African djembe drums Mrs Mc Cann had both groups keeping the rhythm and playing collectively as a group. Thanks also to the St Patrick’s Grammar students who also gave up their time to works with our pupils over the weeks. Hope you enjoy the videos and photos attached.
