P7 Celebrate Ceremony of Commitment and Light

Congratulations to our Primary 7 pupils who took their first steps towards receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation by participating in the Ceremony of Commitment and Light last night in St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

Our boys and girls were joined by children from St. Malachy’s Primary and Saints and Scholars Primary to make their promises and light their candles.

Well done to our readers on the evening who did a great job: Katie, Meabh, Danny, Charlie, Freya, Ruby and her father, Martin.

A beautiful ceremony that helped parents renew their faith as they continued to pass it on to their children. It allowed us to look towards our pupils receiving the Sacrament in June.
