P5 exploring Our School and Our Surroundings 🟠⚪️

This term our World Around Us topic in P5 was ‘Our School and Our Surroundings’. As part of this topic, our Primary 5 pupils have been exploring our local area of Armagh. We walked around the school looking for man made and natural materials and took photographs in our favourite places in Armagh to share with each other.

The pupils were also very busy creating lots of amazing artwork based on famous landmarks, sports teams and flags associated with Armagh🟠⚪️

In groups, the P5s worked together on various activities, including researching facts about different counties in Ireland. They used this research to create an eBook using Book Creator on our iPads, developing their publishing skills.
