Cross Country Runners at the Palace

Two teams of athletes from P5,6 and 7 attended a Cross Country Running Race in the Palace Grounds in Armagh on 3rd December. The race was organised by Athletics NI and forms part of the Northern Ireland Primary School Cross Country League 2014-15.The Girls team included Beth Carmichael,Lucy Guy, Grace Guy, Keisha Donnelly, Eva Druise,Aimee Graham, Ellen Toal and Clioniadh Mc Cartney. The boys teams consisted of Odhran Hamilton Eoin Murtagh, Cathal Agnew, Luke Mc Keever, Nathan Mc Keever, Eoin Mullan, Josh Hunter and Ciaran Moore.

Congratulations to P7 runner Odhran Hamilton who finished in an impressive second position on the day and was rewarded with a beautiful medal for his achievement.Best finisher in the girls team was P7 runner Beth Carmichael who finished in an impressive eleventh place.
