Credit Union Armagh Quiz Winners 2025!

Last night saw schools from Armagh compete in the Credit Union’s Branch-Level Quiz in Armagh City Hotel. St. Patrick’s Primary sent three teams to compete (one in the younger category and two in the older) and we are delighted to share that one of our older teams, made up of Michael, Dara, Patrick and Harry, ran out winners on the night to take 1st Place!

Huge congratulations to this team who now move on to the next round, Credit Union’s Chapter-Level Quiz where they will represent the Armagh branch.

In the younger category, we had a superb performance from Conor, Ruby, Clodagh and Sophie who finished in 4th place. Our other team in the older age-group, Owen, Fionn, Harry and Eoghan, had a strong night, finishing 5th place overall. Needless to say, we are really proud of all 12 of our pupils and how they performed on the night. Thank you to them and their parents for taking them outside of school time to represent St. Patrick’s

Thank you to Armagh Credit Union Limited and Armagh City Hotel for a great night, particularly to branch manager Justin Mallon and all of his staff who were there to help, as well as Mr Jimmy McKee, quizmaster for the evening.

How wonderful to celebrate more good news as we look forward to the next round at the beginning of March!
