Book Week is Back for its 50th Anniversary!
20th Mar 2025
St. Patrick's Book Week is Back!
Throughout the storied history of our school, Book Week has been a much-loved event across generations. To honour the 50th anniversary of the first Book Week in 1974-1975, we are bringing it back next week from Monday 24th - Friday 28th March!
This will be a full week dedicated to a love of reading, writing, imagination and creativity, and to help kick it all off, the Scholastic Book Fair is back in school from Monday 24th - Wednesday 26th March.
Featuring a visit from guest author Declan Carville, it will be a week to celebrate the joy that books can bring. With creative writing, teacher swaps, reading challenges, art projects, and much more, it is an exciting time to be a pupil at St. Patrick's Primary School.
