Armagh International Road Race 2024

On Thursday night, hundreds of children from far and wide braved the wind and rain on a cold night to participate in the always popular Armagh International Road Races .

As usual, our school had well over 100 entires, with children eager to challenge and stretch themselves.

We are very proud of all who participated and finished the race, especially given the conditions.

Special congratulations go to two of our star runners who took home a prize following their races:

- In P4, Ronan finished a fantastic 4th in his race out of the 95 runners! Outstanding! 🏃🏻‍♂️ 🏆

- In P7, Emily slogged it out with 120 other runners in the driving rain and clinched a fabulous 5th place. 🏃‍♀️ 🏆

Well done to Ronan and Emily, and all of our pupils who did so well in the Road Race. The countdown is already on to next year’s! ⏱️
