Mrs Thornton's Birdwatchers

Mrs Thornton's class have been doing lots of 'bird' related activities following the visit of Karen Sheil from RSPB, in preparation for taking part in RSPB Little School's Bird Watch.  We have visited the RSPB website and completed some of the on-line activities. We have collaged our own birds - most of our Robins have red breasts!!! Lots of feathers on the classroom floor!!!  We made our own binoculars and used them when we went out near the school to count the birds. We sent an e-mail to RSPB with our results.
