Primary 1 visit to Tescos

Mrs Donaghy's Primary 1 class went to Tesco's in Portadown on Friday 1st May. The children had a really exciting morning. They tasted different types of melon and had snack time in Tesco's canteen. They were then taken on a trip through the store. They visited the large fridge and freezer - which were extremely cold!! They had an opportunity to hold a rainbow trout at the fish counter and to complete the morning they each received a doughnut which they sugared themselves. A very enjoyable and educational trip. A big thank you to Tesco's and Esther, our tour guide.
